Better Sleep

The Better Sleep program is a 5-week group course targeted at helping those with sleep concerns and insomnia.

We will address:

  • How to change your thoughts and behaviors surrounding sleep,

  • Develop lifestyle changes that can help improve your relationship with sleep,

  • Relaxation techniques to help you get to sleep faster.

Chronic Pain

This 6 week evidence-based virtual program will help you learn new strategies to help you better manage your chronic pain, such as CBT techniques, pacing and mindfulness. This program for you if you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions below!

  • Do you struggle with chronic pain?

  • Does your chronic pain affect your sleep?

  • Do you struggle to exercise or complete tasks?

  • Do you have a hard time relaxing your mind?

Mindful Eating

The Mindful Eating program is a 5-week group course targeted at helping those with struggling with a relationship to food.

In this group, you will learn:

  • About the benefits of mindfulness and how to practice mindful eating.

  • How to become more in tune with your body and learn to respond to your natural hunger cues.

  • Skills that can help you manage tough food cravings.

  • How to find balance and improve your relationship with food.

Feeding Your Baby

Presented by our Registered Dietitian, you can join us in-person or online.

Topics covered include:

  • When to start solid food

  • Baby-Led Weaning and other approaches

  • What and how much to feed your baby

  • Preventing food allergies

This is an interactive group and you will have a chance to ask questions.
