Join the Better Sleep program - starting soon!

You are invited to join the Rideau Family Health Team’s Better Sleep group presented by Allie Bingham, Psychotherapist and Dani Vigneault, Registered Nurse. The Better Sleep program is now a 5-week group course targeted at helping those with sleep concerns and insomnia.

We are pleased to announce that we are getting ready to start our next session and have provided all the details below.

  • Where: Presented virtually over Zoom - If you feel hesitant about navigating this platform, please let us know and we will provide you with assistance. 

  • When: Monday afternoons, starting February 24th and running until March 24th (5 weeks)

  • Time: 2:30-4pm (90 min)

We will address:

  • How to change your thoughts and behaviors surrounding sleep,

  • Develop lifestyle changes that can help improve your relationship with sleep,

  • Relaxation techniques to help you get to sleep faster.
